Ember is a fine dining steakhouse built around live-fire cooking, an in-house dry-aging room, and service that never rushes the table.

Our Story

Every steak ages here before it's ever plated.

Ember's dry-aging room sits behind glass at the entrance — cuts age 28 to 45 days depending on the animal, developing the depth that can't be rushed.

The kitchen cooks over a live hardwood hearth, and the wine program is built by a sommelier who changes the by-the-glass list every season.
